Photo 1 shows a large concrete spall (approximately 4' x 2').  We started the process by removing all the damaged concrete (Photo 2), then repaired the spall with Roadware product (Photo 3).

 In photos 4 and 5, we completed the same process.  However, we retained the control joints using Roadware Flexible Cement II.
